Office Cleaning Checklist: What a Professional Clean Should Include
A professional office clean is more than vacuuming the carpet and emptying the bins. If your current provider isn't covering the basics consistently, you’ll know it — through staff complaints, visible grime, and the slow deterioration of your workspace.
This checklist covers everything a professional commercial clean should include, organised by frequency. Use it to audit your current provider, set expectations with a new one, or identify what’s being missed.

How to Use This Checklist
To audit your current provider: Go through each section and note what’s consistently being done and what’s being missed. If you’re finding gaps in the “every visit” section, that’s a performance issue worth raising.
To set expectations with a new provider: Share this list and ask them to confirm which items are included in their scope and which would be additional. Any provider who can’t answer clearly is a red flag.
To verify work is being done: The only reliable way to verify a professional clean is documentation — completed checklists, time-stamped photos, and QR scan-in records. If your provider isn’t offering this, you’re taking their word for it.

Every NoSpots clean is backed by a digital checklist completed on-site, time-stamped photos of completed areas, and QR scan-in/out records confirming time on site. You get a record of exactly what was done, every visit — without having to ask.
