Are the prices final?
The rates are proposed in AUD. Measurements, carpet suitability, inclusions, access, GST treatment and the final total require confirmation before booking. The proposed minimum carpet charge is $179, including smaller jobs under 3 units.
What is one carpet unit?
A carpet unit covers up to 12 m², not one room. Measure length × width for each separate carpeted space, divide by 12 and round up. A 13 m² room uses 2 units. Count only carpet, and list hallway units and stairs separately.
What if I don’t know the size?
Choose “I’m unsure of the size” and describe the spaces you want cleaned. You can request a manual quote without an exact calculated estimate.
What is included in my clean?
The final quote must identify the areas, suitable cleaning method and any agreed extras. Include carpet condition, stains, furniture and access details so No Spots can confirm the scope before you book.
What about furniture?
Tell us what furniture is in the areas and what can be cleared. Ask No Spots to confirm any furniture-moving arrangements and whether they affect the quote.
How long will the carpet take to dry?
Drying depends on the carpet, cleaning conditions, airflow and weather. Ask for drying and aftercare guidance for your job when the quote is confirmed; this website does not promise a fixed drying time.
Will every stain come out?
Results depend on carpet fibre, stain type, age and previous treatments. Some stains may remain. Tell us about marks or damage so suitability and expectations can be discussed before cleaning.
Does a quote request book a clean?
No. A successful submission saves an enquiry and gives you a reference. No Spots reviews it and contacts you to agree on coverage, suitability, scope, final price and a date. No appointment or payment is taken on this website.
