Website terms
Estimates and prices
Website prices are proposed AUD amounts. Each separate carpeted space rounds up to a 12 m² unit. Scope, measurements, suitability, access, GST treatment and the final total require agreement before booking.
Requests and dates
Complete the Cal.com form to submit a booking request. No Spots must approve it before your clean is confirmed. A selected start time means a one-hour arrival window; the longer calendar block reserves cleaning time. No payment is taken online. No Spots will contact you to agree on the work and final total. Outside our usual area, send a request and we’ll get back to you about the best time.
Cleaning arrangements
Carpet and fabric suitability, stain expectations, furniture arrangements, access and aftercare need to be discussed for your job. Stain results and drying times vary. Any cancellation or payment arrangements must be agreed with you before booking.
