- **Carpets:** Hot-Water Extraction (deep clean) or Low-Moisture Encapsulation (maintenance between deep cleans)

- **Hard Floors:** Neutral scrub, rinse and optional **scrub & seal** for vinyl/stone

- **Spot Treatment:** Coffee, food, grease and ink handled by stain type
