Are the prices final?
No. The prices shown are proposed rates in Australian dollars. Carpet measurements, suitability, access, GST treatment and the final scope still need confirmation before any booking or payment.
What is one carpet unit?
One unit covers up to 12 square metres of carpet. A room larger than 12 square metres uses additional units. Measure the carpeted floor area, not the whole room including hard flooring.
Will hot water extraction remove every stain?
No. Results depend on the carpet fibre, stain, age and previous treatments. Some stains may remain, and carpet suitability must be checked before cleaning.
Can I book online now?
You can send a quote request by email from this website. Online booking and payment are not available, and your preferred date is not confirmed until No Spots agrees to it.
Which areas are covered?
